Before the storm

The countdown has started. It is now less than weeks until jumping back on a plane to head back home to kiwi land. The next 2 weeks will be busy packing up. During this last week the team headed up to Alaska for the US nationals. My goal this season was to not travel so much and to stay based here in Winter Park as much as I possibly could. Hence the reason I did not head up to Alaska.

It has been a crazy week here in Winter Park. We have had at least 2 feet of snow in a short period of time and it has pretty much been snowing everyday if not through the night. Way too much snow for a ski racer. Great though for those who love the powder.
