Opening day at Cardrona

It is so Good to be back on snow. This is my 18th Season here in New Zealand at Cardrona.

Elitsa and I have now left the farm where we spent the last few weeks. It was good to be back having a good and I guess you can say well deserved break after such a good northern hemisphere season. And of course family time has been good.

Elitsa and I have been back in Wanaka for about 10 days. We have spent 2 days on snow at Cardrona which has been amazing. The conditions for this time of the season I would say are incredible. Good snow coverage and great conditions also. It really is good to be back in the swing of things and get my ski legs back which I got within my first turn.

Scott my coach arrives within the next 10 days. We are really looking forward to the season ahead of training hard and preparing for the months which lay ahead of us as we step up another gear heading towards Sochi in March 2014.

I hope you enjoy following “Team Adam Hall” as we get deeper and deeper into our season and campaign. Enjoy and be sure to follow day by day progress by my Facebook fan page.

Have a good winter or summer where ever you may be.

“This week is leadership week”. Dare to dream. I spent a couple of hours this afternoon at Mt Aspiring College speaking to about 100 year 7 Students. Make sure this weeks reminds you of leadership and if you don’t have a dream. Give it ago. “Dare to dream”.

Cheer from down under :)
